Cancellation policy

Rates and Cancellation Policy : 

* Flexible Rate : 

Free cancellation up until 12:00 PM (noon) on the day of check-in.

Cancellations after 12:00 PM on the day of check-in will incur a 100% charge of the total reservation amount.

No-shows will be fully charged with no refund.

* Non-Refundable Rate :

A 50% prepayment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation before 12:00 PM on the day of check-in: no additional charges, but the prepayment is non-refundable.

Cancellation after 12:00 PM: the remaining 50% will be charged.

No refund will be issued for either the prepayment or the balance.
